Replacing a dilapidated asbestos shack, this new holiday home maintains the same small footprint and suits the relaxed village character. Designed to provide the essentials for holiday recreation, the three-bedroom house is split over two levels and encourages outdoor living and environmental connection at every opportunity. The informal front deck surveys the street, inviting social engagement. Whereas the rear deck is an extension of the open plan living and provides both undercover and open areas for all weather enjoyment. The upstairs bedrooms include small balconies which help extend the space and promote cross ventilation, while the integrated carport is high enough to drive under with kayaks on the roof racks.
